Responsibilities:

  • Handle staff dissatisfaction
  • Handle cross culture issues
  • Enforce staff adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure mutual and beneficial relationship with statutory bodies, clients, vendors and suppliers
  • Performance management
  • Assist senior managers to do appraisal by adopting the best appraisal practices
  • Monitors and provide full instant assistance to employees for health and safety issues
  • Assists employees to avail offered benefits; such as leave application, Medical etc.

QUALIFICATION:

  • 3-5 years proven work experience in similar role
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • BSc degree
