We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

  1. Job Title: Audit Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Receives stock from OPM into the warehouse after due checking of its expiry dates, quality and quantity.
  • Compare for quantity order placed with quantity order received and identify any shortfall or variance and send report to Head of Audit.
  • Proper documentation and signing of delivery notes and invoices
  • Prepare delivery notes on excel and send for onward processing into dynamics by operations, audit and accounts departments
  • Ensure what was received into the warehouse tallies with what was received on dynamics
  • Received stocks returned from customers and branches and prepare Return Inward note to be process with Accounts for necessary reversal
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: A good first degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
  • Professional Qualification:Membership of relevant accounting bodies and attendant qualifications eg ACA, ACCA, ICAN, etc. will be an added advantage

  1. Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: Ojo and Agege Axis, Lagos

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Ensure achievement of excellent product distribution, availability & visibility for the brand.
  • Ensure and maintain effective listing of all the brands in all trade routes within allotted sales territory.
  • Ensure you achieve the agreed monthly volume and value target by SKUs.
  • Ensure proper management of the vehicle assigned to you
  • Continually source, recruit and enlist new customers.
  • Give feedback to Category Manager on market and trade information.
  • Prompt communication of product quality issue to HOB.
  • Ensure POS materials and promotional activity is issued to the right customers and consumers.
  • Keep and update database of outlets in the territory.
  • Responsible for ensuring the redistribution standards.
  • Responsible for entire sales out of the territory through defined wholesales and retail routes.
  • Compile and ensure timely submission of activity report daily and weekly – on time, in full and no error.
  • Ensure 100% debt recovery.

Education Qualification

  • A minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.

Professional Qualification:

  • A professional qualification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role and sales.
  • Age Bracket: 20-45 years.

  1. Job Title: Category Manager (Nestle & Chivita)

Location: Lagos

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Sales Target: Develop sales plan and strategies to drive and manage sales activities towards 100% sales target achievement.
  • Market Intelligence: Constantly analyse the market (periodic competitors’ analysis & pricing intelligence), the consumption capacity of the consumers and project the expected demand/revenue.
  • Business Development: Finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
  • Team Management: Effective team development (training) including working with them on the field to achieve their target. Ensure weekly reconciliation of team accounts with account team and team performance management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop a viable customer data base, building a good relationship with customers and understanding their buying trends.
  • OPM Management: Manage and strengthen the relationship with the OPM.
  • Ordering Processing: Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability.
  • Debt Recovery: Follow-up JS and ensure effective debt collection from all overdue and cash on delivery orders.
  • Inventory Management: Track stock balance, monitor and develop exit strategies for slow moving and close to expiry SKUs. Ensure efficient control of stock norm
  • Reporting: Preparation of weekly (monthly) and an accurate report showing the category’s activities, achieved numbers per sales rep. and market intelligence as well as the team to do and strategies for the following week/month.
