  1. Job Title: Chiefmate

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Carry out captain’s orders
  • Responsible for total exterior of the yacht
  • Responsible for all equipment, exterior and some interior.
  • To set an example of work style, cleanliness and neatness for all of the crew to follow
  • To assist in navigation
  • To present a daily work list and complete it
  • To assist in short- and long-range planning at the captains pleasure
  • To be knowledgeable in all jobs including chef’s, steward’s, engineer’s and deckhand’s
  • To study how the administrative portion of the ship is done
  • To act as second in command when captain is off the ship
  • To be, at all time, ready to take charge of all jobs, and the responsibility of these jobs
  • To do all work to completion, to not leave any job undone until it is done
  • To plan each day’s work to achieve the most accomplishment from each deck crewmember
  • To search out and find problems before they become crisis, and to set them straight
  • Maintain deck log
  • To run safety drills (knowledge of the ISM and ISPS codes), to establish the roster

Requirements

  • Chief Mate: Chief Mate License 3000 ITC
  • Whichever the case, the license must have the endorsement of the flag state.
  • The incumbent must have current seafarer medical certificate of fitness

  1. Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
FP&A Analyst provides adequate cover and support to the Finance team by performing financial planning and analyses on financial data to help strategic decision-making, conducting financial research on request for specific areas and performing ad hoc duties as may be assigned:

  • Perform financial planning and analysis on financial data to help strategic decision-making
  • Conduct financial research on request for specific areas
  • Prepare presentations to be made to key stakeholders of the Company
  • Support finance team to perform ad hoc duties as may be assigned
  • Work with Finance Team to ensures timely Month end closure, quarterly and annual reports
  • Review of Contractor payables and recieviables
  • Provide support to Project Accounting.
  • Provide support to Tax Adviser

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years in related field or Big 4 work experience required;
  • Must understand and able to proficiently use Microsoft Office application;
  • Must be teachable and willing to learn; and
  • Must have an open mind

  1. Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective client in the industrial sector.
  • Conduct regular visits to client’s sites to follow up on business, identify new opportunities or attend to their complaints and queries.
  • Search for potential clients in various industries in the assigned region by the general Manager to widen the customer portfolio.
  • Identify and interpret customer requirements and attend to them efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare quotations based on the technical specifications requested and pricing policy adopted by the company.
  • Negotiate with the client on various terms and conditions of quotations and or contracts until closing the deal.
  • Attend to tenders’ and negotiate with clients tender and contractors and conditions in-line with company accepted parameters and client’s needs.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales projects until final execution while ensuring high quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Provide pre-and after sales technical assistance and support product training in addition to developing and presenting support material to customers (technical presentations, brochures, reports, etc)
  • Analyse cost and sales in order to achieve sales targets on timely basis.
  • Prepare accurate timely reports on client’s visits, sales targets or other as required by management
  • Promote the company’s range of product offerings and services, attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Liaises and coordinate with inter-company team’s ad departments (sales services, logistics) to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a related field
  • Must have a Chevron contact preferably in the supply/procurement department
  • Experience in selling compressors, blowers, generators or heavy machinery is a plus.
  • Very good command of English (Spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, excel. Etc)
